4. Correction, retention and deletion of Personal Data

You can ask us to correct any incorrect personal information about you that we process by sending an email to support@fanplay.gg.

We will keep your data for as long as you are a customer of ours. If you are no longer a customer, we will keep your data for the minimum length of time required to comply with the purposes set out in this policy and relevant legal or regulatory obligations. Your Personal Data may be kept longer if we cannot delete it for technical reasons. You can request the deletion of your personal data by sending an email tosupport@fanplay.gg. Please note that we may not be able to comply with your request at the time it is made if we are subject to a legal obligation to continue to store your data or because of technical limitations.

5. Marketing

All of our marketing communications, whether by email or SMS, will include instructions on how to opt out of receiving such marketing or promotional communication.
